Encounters are by reservation only for groups of up to 4 guests: you only need to purchase ONE ticket for your party of up to 4!
All encounters are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled by Action Wildlife, and do not include tickets to the Winter Warm Up Encounters. Encounter duration and interaction are guided by our animal care staff and always depend on the comfort and wellbeing of the animals.
